We’re sorry that your candle didn’t smell like you thought it would! We try our best to describe each diffusion based on our own experiences, plus the feedback we gather from our marketing team and our customers; but we want to make this right. We deeply care about your customer satisfaction, so we’re happy to exchange your candle free of charge (even if it’s been lit) – you just have to pay the shipping! Follow the steps below, to make your candle exchange:
1. Email email@example.com to let us know you’re shipping your candle back to us – and let us know which candle you’d like to try instead! (Remember, you will receive free shipping on orders over $100.)
